How to create and make business? In order to answer that question we have to understand one thing – that it is not matter of capital investment. It is matter of knowing yourself and other people. It just seems to us that we are different – at work, at home, with friends. But who we really are, we can find out only in business. Because everything is clearly shown in business. Many people ask – Do women really need to attend business? Yes, they do. But not for long. But they need that in order to understand the world, the men and themselves better. Many people think that business is money, business plan, cost estimates, marketing etc. No, business is people. And the success of your business depends on how well you know yourself and how well you know people. For all the rest you can hire specialists you need. But in order to do that you must know what kind of people you are looking for.

Diligence is a very dangerous myth. Workoholics are not something unusual nowadays. Actually, you can see them quite often. To rebuke persons like that for unsatisfactory results seems to be wrong and even insulting – they work that much! But by my opinion they should be treated negatively. They are lazy, they don’t bother working effectively, and they prefer to work a lot but something stupid and conventional. After all, they waste not only their time but yours also. Besides, if a hard working person works for 10 years doing the same job and gets his salary every month and then comes a person not that hard working but with ideas how to boost production, that makes the work of the hard working person useless. Which means, for the owner of the business – wasteful expenditures. Because in life we pay for the result not for a separate operation.

A person, who works only, gets salary. Person who is looking for results is a highly paid one. But person, who is able to find a new and unique solution, is a potential billionaire. The future billionaire does not work. He/She thinks and constructs. So if you want some people to work for you that means you have to stop working first. For workoholics is important to work many hours. For effective persons is important to get results not working that hard. Working for many and many hours is very ineffective. In word, less efforts – more effect.
