Strategic secrets are the strategies you need to get right if you are going to succeed at making money online. As we use to say in the venture capital business, If you start with the wrong strategy, no amount of effort will succeed except changing your strategy. So if you are serious about wanting to succeed online, these are the six secrets you need to know and follow.
THE 90-10 RULE
The first is The 90-10 Rule. Violating this rule is the reason that most people NEVER make any money. The 90-10 Rule says, Spend at least 90 percent of your time getting traffic and converting it into customers and moneyand spend no more than 10 percent of your time on technology issues. Since time is your single most valuable asset, managing it effectively becomes critical to your success. When building online businesses there are four areas that required your time: selecting a product, building and assembling the technology for your site, getting traffic, and converting the traffic into customers and money.
THE FOUR REQUIREMENTS
First, you have to have a product or service to sell if you want to get money in return. Products can be physical (cars, golf clubs, light bulbs, etc.) or they can be informational (books, newsletters, music, courses, etc). Second, you must have some technology.
